小丑島位於綠島的西南側，於石朗保育區內。小丑島由多塊珊瑚礁所組成，上面長滿了海葵與一簇一簇的小丑魚，密集度高。小丑島四周是平緩乾淨的白砂，白砂在陽光的照映之下，折射出的光線，總使得攝影作品陽光充足、色彩透亮。
